Since you asked me many times about the same questions I decided to make a ‘Frequently Asked Questions‘ page.

Notice:
- that I only use several cords, but there are many in the world and every knotter should try and find the one that fits in one’s needs;
- that I only use waxed cords, but there are many other thread without wax to knot with, for example C-lon, please search the internet!;
- that I didn’t want to spend money on buying a macrame board, so I tried my swimming board to work on and it works. You don’t have to buy a swimming board to work with, just look around at your home and you may find some kind of slab or board that you can use. If not, search for ‘macrame board’ and you can buy cheap a special one for making macrame jewellery like this:
